Video Editor

You'll cut direct-response video ads. Your edit has to keep people watching all the way to the offer, because if they leave before the offer, the ad doesn't make sales.

You Should Have

  • DR ads you've cut that you can show me
  • You can cut horizontal, vertical and square
  • An eye for what keeps a viewer watching

Copywriter

You'll write scripts for direct-response YouTube ads. The only test of a script is whether the ad makes sales.

You Should Have

  • Scripts that ran as real ads
  • You can research an offer and turn it into a script
  • Experience in health, fitness, supplements or info-products

Ad Manager

You'll run Google and YouTube Ads campaigns for direct-response advertisers. And you'll work directly with me, the guy who writes the ads.

You Should Have

  • 5 years in Google Ads (required)
  • $500,000 in lifetime ad spend managed (required)
  • Experience running YouTube at scale (preferred)

Developer

You'll build the landing pages, tracking and internal tools behind the ads. If the tracking is wrong, I can't tell which ads are making sales.

You Should Have

  • Landing pages you've built that are live right now
  • You know how to set up ad tracking
  • Internal tools that people actually use
